My daughter spilt a small amount of water on her keyboard of her laptop. I immediately turned it off wiped the keys dry and left it off until the following evening hoping it would air dry. She tried to turn it on and it will not power up. I don’t know if it will be worth having it looked at and repaired or to buy her a new one?

Emma

Hi Emma,

We charge a fixed labour charge of £79 for liquid damage, will let you know first if there are any parts required. We would say that it’s maybe worth repairing as we do a component level repair.
