My computer refused to start after being switched off for three weeks. It was collected on a Saturday lunchtime and returned in good health at lunchtime on Tuesday. The technician was most helpful and gave advice on other computer matters that were puzzling me.

I thought my Samsung Laptop had bitten the dust forever when my cat knocked a whole glass of ginger ale over it, however after speaking to BITS I felt confident something could be done to save it and I was right. After some helpful, friendly customer service and a very short time period I got my laptop back in full working condition! I had a computer that would switch off in the middle of working on it. They fixed the fan and I was happy. Unfortunately another fault came up simultaneously with a BD player but that was fixed as well! Good job. Collections are so convenient and dedication is spotless. Keep up!

I contacted bits when others had failed me and I should say I was sceptical to go over the same ordeal of being let down. With BITS it was different. They collected my HP laptop and promised to fix it within 24 hrs. To my surprise my laptop was up and running just after 6 hrs of their collection. My appreciation for the great service. Great and fast service. They collected my VAIO for free in the evening and returned it the next evening, again for free, didn't charge me a diagnosis fee and the final cost was quite good. Much better than what Sony offered.

My HP DV6 laptop was making noises and overheating. The laptop was collected and soon diagnosed as having a faulty fan. I was charged just the basic fee of 39.95 and 20 pounds for a new fan. Now the noise has gone and laptop is working perfectly.

Nothing was too much trouble for Mohamed. They gave me a discount when they found nothing wrong with one of the computers!! He even added programs for me at no extra charge and suggested deleting a program that they felt was unnecessary and used too much power.

I was very pleased with the professional and courteous service I received from BITS. They even saved me money! their original diagnosis (and one from a competitors) suggested I needed a new motherboard, when this turned out not to be the case and was in fact a very hard to find virus. They removed the virus and presented me with a much lower bill than I was expecting.
